The City is proud to partner with the community to increase affordable housing

The City is proud to partner with the community to increase affordable housing. An open house and ribbon-cutting ceremony was held at Sinto Commons, which was partially funded through the City’s Home Investment Partnership Program (HOME). The 47-unit apartment village of Community Frameworks has studio, one, two, and three-bedroom units affordable to households at or below 30%, 40% and 60% of area median income. The City’s total HOME contributions was $780,000 to support the construction of 11 units within the structure. Sinto Commons is close to downtown with excellent transit access, good walkability, and services nearby.
