The weather service has issued the below warning for possible damaging winds Friday night and into Saturday morning. Please stay in.

To report street obstructions, please call 311.

To report possible powerline issues, or to report an outage, call Avista at 800-227-9187.

For possible downed lines – stay as far away as possible. Even the ground could be energized by the downed line. If the line is touching a fence or other nearby objects, stay as far away as possible. Call 911 and then call Avista.

If tree impacts may occur, please hire a professional to safely evaluate your trees and coordinate work. A list of tree services which meet minimum qualifications to work on street trees in the public right-of-way can be found at: https://my.spokanecity.org/urbanforestry/permits/
