The urban forestry team planted a giant sequoia tree at Audubon Park in honor of the City’s Engineering Department’s giant efforts!

The urban forestry team works closely with engineering staff on city construction projects to identify and limit tree impacts. The Engineering Department consists of creative and tree friendly engineers and staff who put in great effort to preserve trees, limit impacts, and often re-design for trees. We wanted to let them know their hard work does not go unnoticed!
