STAND AGAINST RACISM: YWCA Spokane’s annual Stand Against Racism on Thursday, April 28, is a free event at Woman's Club of Spokane that will give the community an opportunity to broaden perspectives, learn new tools, and connect with a diverse community of citizens passionate about eliminating.
This year’s conversation on Housing and Income Inequality will align with YWCA’s national theme: “We Can’t Wait: Equity and Justice Now!”
SPS Director of Community Relations & Diversity Training Nicole Jenkins-Rosenkrantz will host, and a panel discussion with Terri Anderson (Tenants Union of Washington - Spokane) and Stephaine Courtney (The Learning Project Network) will be moderated by SPS Community Engagement Board Liaison and A Better Way JJJ LLC co-founder Chauncey Jones.
