If you, a friend or family member are thinking about starting a business and wondering the steps involved, Spokane Neighborhood Action Partners (SNAP) is offering a free webinar on how to start your own business. The webinar will be on Wednesday, May 13 beginning at noon.

Participants will discover the essentials elements necessary to start a new business, including where to locate business support services, how to write a business plan, where to locate market research data, how to build a business application that appeals to lenders and the importance of developing cash flow projections.

The presenter for the webinar is Harry Birak with the Women’s Business Center at the local non-profit Spokane Neighborhood Action Partners (SNAP). Birak, who's been with SNAP since 2017, holds a Master's Degree in Public Policy, with a specialty in business and conflict management. He directly assists clients looking to start or expand a business in the greater Spokane area.
