On Saturday, March 1, former Ferris High School standout Katelyn Strauss’ current college team, the North Dakota Fighting Hawks, won 7-6 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Buffalo Bulls.

The game took place at Hope Field. This was their second matchup against the Bulls this season.

The Fighting Hawks’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 1 at 6:15 p.m. at Hope Field against Wofford Terriers.
