On Tuesday, December 5, former Montverde Academy standout, Ryan Nembhard’s current college team, the Gonzaga Bulldogs, won 111-71 in their NCAA D1 game against the Arkansas-Pine Bluff Golden Lions.
The game took place in Spokane, Washington. This was the first matchup against the Arkansas-Pine Bluff Golden Lions this season.
The Gonzaga Bulldogs’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, December 9 at 8 p.m. in Seattle, Washington.
Karsten Sweum and Mikey Bell have been named to the ABCA/Rawlings All-West Second Team following standout seasons for Gonzaga baseball. Both players received recognition for their individual accomplishments during conference play.
Gonzaga University announced that nineteen women’s rowing team members have been named CRCA scholar athletes, setting a new program record. The honor recognizes both academic achievement and athletic participation.
The Pac-12 Conference has unveiled its women’s soccer schedule for fall 2026, introducing a new championship format. Gonzaga opens league play at Boise State on October 4 and hosts Fresno State in its first home contest on October 11.
