Maddox Haley received two national honors on March 31 following a strong performance last week.

Haley was named to Baseball America’s National Team of the Week and also received the Dick Howser Trophy National Player of the Week award from the National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association. These recognitions highlight his achievements during a five-game stretch between March 25 and March 30.

During those games, Haley recorded 15 hits, including five home runs and two multi-home run games. He was one of only two players in Division I baseball to hit five home runs over that period. In addition, he had nine extra base hits, with four doubles included in his totals.

Haley currently holds an active 14-game hitting streak and maintains a .492 batting average for the season. He led Division I baseball in total bases for the week, finishing with 34 total bases.

These awards underscore Haley’s continued impact on his team and recognition at the national level.
