On Friday, Feb. 28, former Ferris High School standout Katelyn Strauss’ current college team, the North Dakota Fighting Hawks, lost 12-2 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Buffalo Bulls.

The game took place at Hope Field. This was their first matchup against the Bulls this season.

The Fighting Hawks’ next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 28 at 12:30 p.m. at Hope Field against Tennessee State Tigers.
