On Saturday, Feb. 22, former Ferris High School standout Katelyn Strauss’ current college team, the North Dakota Fighting Hawks, won 10-9 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the New Mexico Lobos.

The game took place at Tarleton Softball Complex. This was their second matchup against the Lobos this season.

The Fighting Hawks’ next game is scheduled for Thursday, Feb. 27 at 6 p.m. at Hope Field against Wofford Terriers.
