Every 8th grade student at SIA completes a community project related to their study of the United Nations sustainable developmental goals. SIA 8th grader Lucie Dhaliwal- Grizzell’s project is all about the importance of youth activism and commmunity involvement. Lucie invited community activist and keynote speaker Stephy Nobles-Beans to speak to the Middle and High School students. Not only did Ms. Nobles-Beans answer Lucie’s invitation, she inspired us with her message, and showed our students care and love by staying an additional hour to sign autographs and take pictures with them! We are so grateful for her!
